AI that works in the background

The processes that eat time and margin — automated.

You do not see the AI. You notice it because tasks are suddenly done by themselves and your team can breathe again.

How we work

We put AI on top of your systems — not inside them.

Your DMS, your tools, your processes stay as they are. We place an automation layer on top that connects everything and takes over the legwork. That way we automate along your whole value chain — not just in one place.

Concrete levers

What we automate for automotive businesses.

Eight use cases from daily operations, each following the same pattern: a problem, a solution, a benefit. We start with the one that brings you the most.

  • Invoicing workshop orders

    Problem
Completed orders sit for weeks — money left on the table.
    Solution
AI prepares invoices automatically from the DMS output.
    Benefit
Six-figure sums reach the business sooner.
  • Inventory control and pricing

    Problem
Vehicles stand too long, holding costs pile up.
    Solution
Nightly comparison with market data, automatic price recommendation.
    Benefit
Shorter standing times, tied-up capital freed.
  • Estimates in minutes

    Problem
The customer waits 45 minutes for a cost range.
    Solution
AI produces the estimate from vehicle data in minutes.
    Benefit
    More closings, less waiting.
  • First-level software support

    Problem
DMS crash, no invoice written for hours.
    Solution
AI supplies the fix straight from the manual knowledge.
    Benefit
    Downtime from hours to minutes.
  • Phone and appointment overflow

    Problem
Calls are lost, appointments are not taken.
    Solution
AI-assisted call handling and scheduling for standard cases.
    Benefit
    No more lost customers.
  • Customer communication and status

    Problem
Customers keep asking about their vehicle.
    Solution
Automatic status updates at the right moment.
    Benefit
    Fewer callbacks, happier customers.
  • Complaints and standard letters

    Problem
Every reply costs time and nerves.
    Solution
AI drafts clean, legally sound replies.
    Benefit
    Minutes instead of half hours.
  • De-risking purchasing

    Problem
Buying on gut feeling — bad buys tie up capital.
    Solution
AI checks market data and expected standing time before you commit.
    Benefit
    Fewer bad buys, healthier margin.

How it works

From bottleneck to running automation.

Four steps, not a months-long project. We start with one bounded bottleneck that goes live quickly and shows early, in figures, whether the effort pays off.

  1. 01

    Find the bottleneck

We look at your processes and tell you honestly where automation pays off straight away — and where it does not.

  2. 02

    Fixed-price quote

No guesswork: you get a fixed price for a clearly described scope.

  3. 03

    Built by our tech team

We build the integration. Your business keeps running normally throughout.

  4. 04

It runs — and gets cheaper when reused

What is built once can be reused. Every further business gets the same solution at lower cost.

FAQ

What people ask about automation

Does this work with our DMS?

That depends on which interfaces your system offers. We clarify exactly that in the first conversation — before any quote is written. Where no interface exists, there is usually a way via exports or the user interface.

What happens if the AI gets something wrong?

Automations run within clear limits: whatever cannot be decided with confidence goes to a person instead of being guessed. For anything with financial consequences, approval stays with the team.

Do we have to tidy up our processes first?

No. A process that works today but costs time can be automated as it is. Where a process is fundamentally broken, we say so — then tidying up is cheaper than automating.

How much effort does this create on our side?

For the analysis, one or two conversations with the people who do the work. For delivery, access and one contact for questions. The rest is on us.

Where is your biggest lever?

We look at your processes and tell you honestly where automation pays off straight away.
